platforms provide marketers with a more customized way of measuring their
success and gain necessary feedback from consumers.

Marketing Automation or CMA. This strategy is commonly used by small businesses
as content marketing platforms. Content marketing automates the process of
publishing new content and updates on the company's website. Small businesses
use content marketing automation platforms to publish product news, technical
information, promotional articles, and press releases. Automated content
platforms have been very effective in increasing a company's presence and brand
image in the market.

such as YouTube, it can affect its audience. Some marketers believe that a
higher audience will result in more sales.
